Commodity Gold Live Tips and Analysis

Live Gold Trend Gold is on three years low, while Spot gold down nearly by 9 percent this week. Gold future also declined with international market price. Gold can recover on friday by 1-2% as per our analysis. Spot gold was down 0.5 percent at USD 1,271.16 an ounce by 0121 GMT on Friday. The metal fell to USD 1,269.04 earlier - its lowest since September 2010 and a level which would mark the worst weekly decline in 30 years. Mean while the drop in prices could see a spurt in physical demand in top consumers India and China, which have been quiet recently. Gold can buy from 26950 for 2-3 days hold, for target 27200 to 27450.

Gold Prices Slightly on Downside

Live Gold Trend Gold futures prices on Tuesday extended losses in early trade on sustained offloading by speculators after it dipped to over two-year low overseas. Gold prices, which had been plummeting since last week, fell by another Rs 364, or 1.41 percent, to trade at a 19-month low ( lowest level since Sept 2011) of Rs 25,270 per 10 grams for delivery in June at the Multi Commodity Exchange ( MCX).  Spot gold fell as low as USD1,321.35 an ounce and stood at USD 1,341.94, down USD10.81 per ounce while silver shed nearly 2 percent to USD 22.11 per ounce.  GOLD- Rs 25,810, SILVER- Rs 46,150  GOLD- Rs 27,600 / SILVER- Rs 48,000  However, Indian investors need not be worried about a steep fall in prices. The 1980 crash in gold was not felt in India because the appreciation of the dollar against the rupee buoyed the domestic prices. Both the precious metals, gold and silver, tumbled here on Thursday on increased selling by stockists, following sluggish demand amid a weak global trend. While gold dropped by Rs 270 to Rs 31,410 per 10 grams, silver lost Rs 800 to Rs 61,200 per kg on heavy selling by stockists and industrial units. Trading sentiment turned bearish on stockists clearing their holdings on ending of the current marriage season from December 15 amid a weakening trend in overseas markets. They said the precious metals in international markets declined to a one-week low as a rally to the highest level this month prompted some investors to sell the metal amid concern about the US budget deadlock. The wedding season, which started in September and peaked last month, continues until early January. Gold is an essential gift item during this season in India, the world's largest buyer of the metal.
